Dir Consulting was created in 2002 by Dave Dir, former Player Development Director in Major league Soccer and the first ever employee of the league in charge of all scouting and player analysis for the original MLS player pool Coach Dir has an extensive history in player analysis and identification as a former scout for both US National teams and multiple MLS clubs. As a former head coach in MLS, head scout and US U20 national team staff coach Dir also brings a track record of excellence in Coaching, Coaching Education and Coaching Development, Talent recognition , reporting and acquisition . His history as an executive Director, Coaching director and 25 years operating several 501c3 organizations show a proven history of business management success and membership growth in every organization he has worked with. The former ESPN broadcasters has unique experience in media and business communication and can bring your organization and your staff up to the forefront in how you communicate your message to your fans and members. He is known for bringing that communication expertise into your internal communication and reporting as well. With 35 years of Experience in player and match analysis reporting, multiple player scouting, reporting, and video analysis programs we started Dir consulting to handle player identification needs and have assisted many MLS level clubs with their scouting and recruitment needs.

Our organization and leadership has with clubs over 7000 members to clubs as small as 400 in multiple markets including Colorado, Florida, San Francisco, and Dallas, Dir consulting brings Strong leadership and organizational qualities that will be immediately beneficial to your organization.
